Mouthguards fits over upper teeth and are used to protect the teeth and gums from injury from teeth grinding and during sports


There are two types of mouthguards.

Sport mouthguard are a thick soft spongy shield that fit over the upper teeth during sports and activities that involve high risk of impact to the face.


Dental night guards (occlusal splints)

Protect the teeth from grinding/bruxism at night while you sleep. Some symptoms that suggestive of sleep bruxism include, morning jaw pain, jaw fatigue or stiffness, clicking or popping of jaw joints that worse in the morning significant tooth wear.
